Do you buy clothing from customers?
We are not a consignment store and do not take clothing or accessories from outside sources. This includes free donations.

Can I exchange an item or put an item on hold?
Due to the nature of our business dealing with brand new and gently used clothing, our policy is no returns, refunds, or exchanges. We also do not have layaway in our store. Please refer to our policy section for more information.

Can I purchase a gift card online?
We have gift cards available for purchase in-store only. Gift cards purchased in Woodstock Vibes can be used within Woodstock Vibes and The Luxe Era boutique.

Are you hiring?
Any time that we are hiring within our stores, we post a job listing on our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). Make sure to keep an eye out for when we do!

Do you take Apple Pay?
Customers are able to use Apple Pay (excluding accounts tied to American Express) while purchasing items at Woodstock Vibes. Unfortunately, the system that is used in The Luxe Era boutique does not allow for Apple Pay.

If after leaving the store, I am regretful about not purchasing an item OR am inquiring about whether the store has specific items, can I reach out for an employee to look for these items?
In regard to Woodstock Vibes— our inventory changes daily! Items get moved around the store by customers or can be there one moment and purchased the next, so it's difficult to ask our employees to search for specific items. Your best bet would be to come to the store and see!
However, if you would like more of a personalized shopping experience, The Luxe Era was created with that in mind. Feel free to speak with one of The Luxe Era staff members about joining our Client List, to be contacted about specific brands and luxury items that interest you!

Do you have a lost and found?
If an item is found by a Woodstock Vibes employee, we will hold on to an item for 7 days. If you feel you lost an item on our premises, please contact us with a detailed description of the item, as well as the day that you lost it. We will do our best to accommodate and assist you. Woodstock Vibes and The Luxe Era boutique are not responsible for lost or stolen items. This also includes any items lost after purchase.

Do you have a public restroom?
We have an outdoor Port-a-John accessible for customers.

Are you handicap accessible?
Yes! We have a wheelchair accessible ramp outdoors, as well as an indoor elevator.
